RIGENERA
Rigenera are special tools designed and produced for medical applications of clinical regeneration procedures using autologous micro-graft obtained from the patient tissues.
With Rigenera, the patient is, in the same session, both donor and acceptor of the calibrated micrografts thus achieving the full acceptance and spread of the cells in the treated area.
General protocol for the Rigenera method:
Using two 2,5 mm punches we extract a small sample of tissue from an area that is not affected by androgenic hair-loss, preferably the back of the head or neck, the sample must contain hair follicles. The extracted tissue must be processed in a very sterile enviroment, using the Rigenera device, that allows us to disaggregate the tissue and the filtering of the progenitor cells that will be later injected in the treatment area, in this case the scalp.
A small tissue sample is inserted in the Rigeneracons kit together with 1 ml of sterile saline solution.
The Rigeneraons kit is insereted in the Rigenera and the process can begin. The process can last a few seconds or 4 minutes depending on the type of tissue and the desired result for the creation of the cell suspension and stromal tissue.
The disaggregation time can be standard for each tissue type. During the disaggregation procedure, the cells pass through the filter and the liquid cell suspension and get stored at the bottom of the Rigeneracons kit.
Once the tissue is disaggregated, the Rigeneracons kit can be extracted from the Rigenera device.
